The Establishment
Since 1993, the Syrian governorate of Aleppo has seen the establishment of the “Abdol Monem Al-Omar Company for Industry and Trade,” which has grown to become one of Syria’s largest, most widespread, and most distinguished trading companies, with over 400 wholesale and half-wholesale sale points.
Our First Branch
In our quest for regional expansion and the greatest levels of commercial integration between sources of supply on the one hand and distribution hubs on the other, we opened our first branch in Turkey in the cities of Mersin and Gaziantep in 2017.

The year 2023 saw the realization of Abdol Monem Al-Omar strategic’s vision by establishing
OMY FOOD GLOBAL factory to manufacture vegetable oils and ghee, on the thirtieth
anniversary of the march past of excellence and creativity, as an embodiment of the cumulative
impact of our knowledge and experience in the food industry sector, and as a result of great
efforts in research and development activities.
OMY FOOD GLOBAL plant is situated on 12,500 m2 in the industrial region of Kilis, in southern Turkey. Our engineers and specialists can create sunflower oil, vegetable ghee, and palm oil utilizing better refining and filtering procedures, as well as packing and packaging lines that meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and public health.
